• • HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform equipment repairs and replacements on HVAC parts and products
    • Diagnose HVAC systems
    • Build accurate repair quotes
    • Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
    • Perform routine maintenance
    • Communicate with clients and customers
    • Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes
    • Maintain good working order of company vehicle, equipment, and electronics
    • Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applications
    • Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
    • Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations, and be able to explain need for and value of recommended solutions
    • Participate in company-provided training opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Document details of services and parts provided to customers electronically through iPad applications
    • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
    • 3+ years of HVAC Technician field experience
    • Valid driver’s license EPA Certificate
    • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Basic computer skills for iPad and cell phone communication and documentation

    A motor vehicle report and federal drug screen will be conducted on all applicants who are offered a position before they can begin work.

    Job Title: Experienced Installer
    Reports to: Project Manager
    Pay Scale: Hourly – based on experience
    Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or its equivalent
    • Driver’s License
    • Work authorization
    • HVAC installation 2+ years experience
    • Honesty is a must
    • Ability to go into tight crawl space and attic areas
    • Available to work overtime
    • Required to push, pull, climb, crawl or lift 75 + pounds
    • Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
    • Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
    • Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems

    • Experience installing line sets, and duct work
    • Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
    • General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
    • Enroll in advanced HVAC training classes, 20 hours per year
    • Obtain all Installer based NATE Certifications and keep status current
    • Ability to test and balance systems
    • Understand and apply all relevant codes
